With our focus on Fun, Friendship, and Personal Development. We challenge your child to push themselves and learn new skills - to become their best selves - and all this while forging new friendships and life-long connections in the stunning Herefordshire hills!

Our mixed British/Ukrainian staff provide your child with the very best care. Helping them to feel at home while improving their confidence and language skills in a safe & secure setting.

    Our Camp helps to build confidence as Campers face new challenges, make their own decisions, overcome obstacles - developing and growing in a supportive environment. Time away from home is a great way for your child to learn to manage themselves in an environment that supports personal development and instills the values of independence and responsibility

    Our Camp offers the opportunity to meet new people and form new and lasting friendships. Our Camp encourages teamwork, communication, and resilience - developing soft-skills through group activities and carefully curated challenges.

  • Resilience and Adaptability

    Our Camp teaches you to step out of your comfort zone, face new challenges every day, and adapt to new situations; fostering personal growth and self-confidence. We encourage Campers to try new things and spread their wings and become fearless in chasing their dreams.

    Our Camp introduces Campers to new hobbies, sports, arts, and leadership activities. Our Camp is the time to try new activities they might not experience elsewhere and to find that talent that becomes a passion! We have a varied and exciting selection of new activities for Our Campers to experience every session and keep their imaginations firing!

    Our Camp promotes positive health and emotional well-being by spending time outdoors and re-connecting with nature and the great outdoors! We are passionate about inspiring a life-long love of nature in Our Campers - spending most of our time outdoors, hiking in the hills or huddling around a campfire with toasty marshmallows and a guitar!

  • Digital Detox

    At Our Camp we know the benefits of reduced ‘screen-time’ and encourage hands-on learning, face-to-face interactions, and real-world connection. While we don’t have a no phones policy - we do encourage Our Campers to enjoy the time they have with us fully and make sure that the only time they will want to use the phone is to let you know how much fun they are having or to snap a selfie for their social media.

  • Creativity and Imagination

    Our Camp inspires creative thinking and problem solving through arts, crafts, storytelling, and exciting challenges. Learning through play and creativity has been proven to be more effective for lateral thinking and problem solving, while managing to inspire a love of life long learning that tradition class-room education can only dream of. Unleash your child's potential by unlocking their imagination!

  • Positive Role Models

    Our Camp offers Campers the opportunity to communicate with and learn from our mixed staff of Ukrainian and British camp counselors, who model leadership, empathy, and encouragement. We are experts in bringing out the best in your child, and have a passion for fun and imagination that is unrivalled in the field - at Our Camp we only work with the best!

Example Of Daily Schedule

08:00 — 09:00 — Good morning!

We start Our Day with a gentle wake up and time to get ready before welcoming the day together with a fast All Camp activity!

09:00 — 10:00 — Breakfast!

We like to prepare Our Campers for a day full of fun with a big healthy breakfast to keep them energized throughout the day!

10:00 — 11:30 — Group Time!

Everyday is different at Our Camp, but Group Time is always a favorite time to catch up with your group and enjoy some games together.

11:00 — 13:00 — Activities!

This could be anything; making a movie, beating an obstacle course, or mastering a new skill - no two days are the same at Our Camp

13:00 — 14:00 — Lunch & Chill.

We know Our Campers need a little break in the day to re-fuel and relax a little before all the craziness starts again each afternoon!

14:00 — 16:00 — Camp Fun!

This is the chance for Our whole Camp to get together and play the biggest, best games! Water-Fights & Capture-the-Flag are always fan favorites!

16:00 — 17:30 — Arts & Crafts/Activities.

After all the craziness of Camp Fun, it's nice to have some time to slow-down and enjoy some Arts, Crafting or other more chill activity and the shady afternoons are perfect for this!

17:30 — 18:00 — Snack & Chill…

Not much more to say - time to grab a snack and a quick break before getting ready for the evening activities!

18:00 — 19:00 — Prepare Evening Show.

Prepare a quiz, make a performance, design a challenge, or practice a talent… let’s see what’s happening tonight!

19:00 — 20:00 — Dinner & Chill!

Another healthy and delicious dinner and dessert to round off the day's tasty meals and a little time to relax.

20:00 — 21:00 — Evening Show & Daily Check-in.

This is when Our Campers shine bright and show off their skills! Quiz’s, Talent Shows, Team Challenges and Performances could be some of the offers on tonight!

21:00 — 22:00 — Showers & getting ready for bed.


22:00 — 22:30 — Bedtime & Lights-out!

The price does not include:

  • Travel to the Pick-up point/ (Abergavenny train station): Transportation to Our Camp pick-up point is not included. We can provide train travel from London/Birmingham to Our Camp for an additional fee.*

  • Pocket Money: We recommend bringing £50-100 for trips/sweets.

  • Extra nights: If you require early/late pick-up/drop-off this will need to be arranged in advance for an additional fee.*

  • The fee includes accommodations, all meals and snacks, activities, workshops, excursions, and round-the-clock supervision by our experienced team. There are no hidden costs—everything your child needs is covered!

  • Absolutely! With only 40 campers per session, our small community ensures everyone feels included and valued. Group activities, team challenges, and shared meals make it easy to form strong friendships.

  • We organize a supervised transfer by bus from Aberystwyth train station to Our Camp and back. This transfer is included in the camp fee. If you would like to pick-up/drop-off your child, please arrange this with us in advance.

  • We’ll provide a detailed packing list after booking, but essentials include comfortable clothes, sturdy shoes, toiletries, towels, and any personal items they’d like to bring (within reason!).

  • Yes, at least 1:3 of our staff are certified in first aid and we have numerous well-stocked First Aid kits.

  • Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our Team is trained in first aid, safeguarding, and risk management. We maintain a high staff-to-camper ratio and provide 24/7 supervision. Our facilities meet the highest safety standards, and all activities are age-appropriate and fully monitored and insured.

  • Activities can be explained in either language as required, however our focus will be on improving your child confidence and skills in English.

  • Your childs place is reserved upon reciept of the £300 deposit. After this the payment can be completed in one payment - or over 3 further installments. The final payment must be recieved 4 weeks before the start of camp. Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

  • We encourage a digital detox, so campers may not have access to phones or devices during all activities. However, you’ll receive regular updates and photos via email, and your child is able to use their phone during any free time.

  • Campers stay in large comfortable, American-style dormitories separated by gender. Each dorm has nearby staff accommodations to ensure support is always available. It’s a cozy, home-away-from-home atmosphere.

  • No problem! Our kitchen staff are trained to accommodate dietary needs, whether due to allergies, intolerances, or preferences. Just let us know during the registration process.

  • Homesickness is natural, and our experienced staff are trained to help campers feel at ease. Through engaging activities and a warm, welcoming environment, we help campers overcome homesickness and enjoy their time.

  • Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a packing list and information about drop-off and pick-up times. Our team will also be in touch to answer any additional questions.
